Delete File

You can delete video files in the File Window. To delete a file, first select one or more files (shift + click to select multiple files) & then type cmd + delete, or choose 'File / Delete' from the Menu.

Delete File Metadata

You can delete file metadata by choosing 'File / Delete Metadata' from the Menu. This will then bring up the Delete Metadata window:

The Delete Metadata window provides three metadata deletion options. Once data has been deleted, the file will automatically be saved & indexed.

Delete Multiple Cuts

To delete multiple cuts, select the segments boundaries that you wish to remove by click-dragging in the edit mode timeline, then choose Edit/Merge from the Menu. If any of the selected segments have metadata, this function will be disabled. See Cut & Clear for more details.
