File Image
When Frameline is installed, an image is taken from the middle frame of each file. This image is used to represent the video file in the file list (the centre pane) of the File Window:

The File Image can be changed by clicking on the File Image button, which is represented by a circular camera icon. To change a File Image, select a File, & move the playhead to the frame required to become the new File Image, then click on the File Image button.
Rebuild File Images
File Images are stored in the application support folder. If for some reason this data gets removed, you will need to recreate the File Images. This can be achieved by using the 'Rebuild File Images' function.
To rebuild the File Images, choose 'File / Rebuild File Images' from the Menu.

Poster Frame Images
Each segment is represented by a 'Poster Frame Image'. These images are automatically taken from the first frame of each segment when they are created in Edit Mode. The File Images are stored in a Poster Frame Folder which can be found in 'Home/Library/Application Support/Frameline 47'.
Poster Frames Images are used to visually represent segments in the Clip Filter, & they are also exported in HTML, MPEG-7 & Image Exports. Please refer to the Export page for more details.
Editing Poster Frame Images
You can manually edit Poster Frame Images by moving the playhead to the frame you wish to represent the segment, & choosing 'Timeline / Set Poster Frame' from the Menu.
To move the playhead to the timeline position of the current Poster Frame, choose 'Timeline / Go to Poster Frame' from the menu.
