Manage Lists
Manage lists enables you to edit the Who, Thread and Location tags. You can also change the way in which the corresponding Quick-Tag Buttons appear. You can access the manage lists function window by using the button at the bottom right of the notate content window:

When in the manage lists window, to change the name of a tag button simply double click the name field and press enter upon completion. To add a new entry, type in the name of the new tag and hit return or click the plus button. To delete a tag, simply select the item and hit the delete key. If the tag you are deleting is in use, i.e. it is associated with segments, a warning dialogue will appear.
You can order the appearance of the Quick-Tag Buttons in four different ways:

Enable Dynamic Order
This option, enabled by default, automatically puts active buttons at the top of the list, enabling you to quickly see which tags are associated. Because dynamic order moves the Quick-Tag Buttons around, you may find this mode confusing. If so you can create a static list of buttons. Static lists can be ordered; according to popularity, in any bespoke order, or alphabetically. Each of the three quick tag fields can be ordered separately.
